Q. Why do you sell other products besides parrot items/food?
A. We want your whole life experience with parrots to be positive. This includes finding unique products, household items, and other things to make your visit pleasant. Many parrot people have dogs & cats also, therefore we try to offer the best unique products we can find.
Q.How do you calculate your shipping costs?
A. ALL products have FREE SHIPPING or you may call it SHIPPING included. When there is a required shipping cost, we calculate first by UPS or FeDex costs. We do not add Handling charges to any of our products. If a handling charge is required, you will first be notified. In some cases, we calculate shipping by the pound or with a minimum charge. We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
Q. Can I return items and where do I send them?
A. Yes, if items are damaged please contact us first. If possible, take a photo of the damage or loss immediately and call or email us ASAP for further instructions. 516-855-8369 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How do I know your foods are fresh?
A. Unlike other stores, we do not stock our items, rather we ship directly from the manufacturer or warehouse. This way, we know the products are rotating on a timely basis. We guarantee freshness and have a 100% money back policy. We also prefer to sell high quality products…for example, some seed companies have a lot of dust in the bag, which is wasted. Ask us about which companies are [in my educated/experienced opinion] better, or different than others and I will tell you what my extensive research has found.
Q. Do you sell from a bin, or repackage items like a lot of pet stores do?
A. We do not and have not re-packaged items for retail sale. From time to time, we open a bag for free samples provided mostly to our friends. If for some reason, we offer a very good deal on food and repackage to smaller quantities, it will be in the description.
